Purchase a car from this person, and he fail to disclose that it was a rebuilt vehicle. And also he had tamper with the title so that it would not show that it was rebuilt. That makes it impossible for me to register the vehicle. So now I am at a loss as to what to do with the car. I call himm at his phone, but he ignores it.
