It all started when the Owner (Nav) who doesn't even look like a Trainer decided to step away from his business for 1-2 months. The person who was suppose to take over had no clue on how to run a business or speak to people. So there was a turn over rate and business was getting slow, clients began falling off due to the owner and his values, not being there for his clients or staff. There were many complaints of the washroom toilets being filled with feces and the towels being used to clean floors and then given to clients to use. The checks were never done on time and being short changed every other week. The owner cared about his pockets and nobody else. I have to say the worst Gym in Toronto is Studio Fitness. The owner who calls himself the head trainer, reads out of a book and asks his Elite staff on ways to help his clients improve their body, hello Red Flag.
