I rented a apartment from, Tim Miles. After my lease ended, I moved out. I did the walk through with him, and everything was cleaner than when i moved in, he agreed. He then informed me he had 30 days to give me my deposit back. So, knowing i didnt trust him, i had to be patient. After 31 days, i started to call him, and text. He never answered the phone or returned my messages. I continued, to call, and send certified letters, he would not accept ant of these. After 62 days, my wife saw and cornered him in traffic, he promised he would meet her the following day and pay. Of course he never showed. We have since discovered that we are one of dozens he has done this too. The sherrifs dept. Knows him well, as they have served him many times for many people. This is a horrible landlord, person. This guy does not have a decent bone in his body. Unfortunatley i just moved up here last year, and did not know that he has a reputation for this, throughout the county.
