Rip-off! Dishonest billing stole $1150 on my American Express card

I ordered rims from this company and canceled the order the same day then they shipped the wheels out a week later even after the cancellation. The wheels were shipped to my billing address instead of my shipping address I sent these wheels right back to the company the same way they sent them to me via D H L they signed and accepted the delivery then the next day they had D H L pick the wheels back up and said they refused the wheels even after they had signed for them they tried to charge me a 25% restocking fee and a $240.00 delivery fee for an item that was cancelled 20 min after ordered.

I now have a $1150 bill on my Amex card that has been in dispute for 6 months and now no one knows where the wheels are not the company not D H L no one. I am not liable for the shipping or the restocking fee because I cancelled the order 20 min after it was placed and I also was never made aware of their policy since I ordered these wheels via telephone and not the internet. The company is an out and out scam co I have ordered 100s probably thousands of items and thank God have never had any problem like this before. I am now taking every action humanly possible to let the public no about this co. I am also pursuing this case in Court.
