Ripoff dishonest did not do what he said he would do fradulent billing will not return my calls overcharged me on paint broke storm windows and did not replace them

J.W. Wright (John) Quoted me a price of $1500.00 to replace rotten boards on my house and scrape, scrub it, caulk, and paint the house trim and storage room. The house is all brick except for the trim.

He charged me $150.00 extra for the paint. I ask for an itemized ststement and all he gave me was an invoice that read $1500.00 for painting, etc. And $150.00 for paint. When he ask for the payment I sak him if he was going to replace the storm windows he broke and he said he only broke one and the glass was ordered and he would install it the next morning. Well he broke three windows out and they are storm windows which are hard to install. He also said he got contractors discount on paint but I think $150.00 was to high for the paint no more than he had to paint.

He never show'd up the next day so I called him two days later and he didn't answer so I left him a message asking if he was going to replace the windows and to call me back and let me know something. He has never called me back or replaced the window. I am a single woman and I feel he took advantage of the situation. I paid him on good faith trusting he would do what he said he would do and replace something that he broke in the first place. So now I am out the cost of three windows plus $1650.00 I paid him. He did a pretty good job painting but he didn't caulk good because you can see cracks all through trim and storage building.
