Fraudulent Charges Appearing as iTunes on Daughter's School Account

This is a fraudulent company made to appear as iTunes. It is a small amount, but it has been happening for years on any card I've ever had. This charge is on my teen daughter's high school account.

I feel banks should be aware of this company's fraudulent practice.
Is there any way to have a worldwide notice?
