I ordered a free sample of ageing cream from Lifecell. I saw it on the web. I had to pay for post and packaging so gave them my card details. I received the cream but 5 days later was charged £103.66 which was taken from my account.
Have contacted my Bank who will attempt to get the money repaid BUT no guarantees.
I will now contact the Financial Ombudsman in London and inform him
