5th 3rd Bank
Lies instead of help to contest a fraud charge

A merchant, nomorerack.com defrauded me so i contested the charge with 5th 3rd Bank, my credit card provider. I filled out a report on the phone, a written report at my branch, and faxed them additional info that they requested. Even though i had a confirmation that they recieved the fax, they lied and said they didn't have it. They also had me return the merchandise and fax them the fed ex receipt. I did and have a confirmation sheet that shows they recieved it. After 6 calls to them, they still insist they never recieved the fax that i sent 3 times and have 3 confirmations. 5th 3rd has no intention of helping me with my dispute. They are frauds and liers. I don't know how they stay in business. I will contact mastercard and the ill banking commission as my next steps to get my 195.00 back.
