I order a free sample of TEST 180 and received the sample, 21 days later a charge of $75.00 shows up on my credit card and two days later a package in my mail box from Force Factor. I called to get an RMA to return package and was greeted by a very rude agent that kept asking me to say "please". Why are businesses allowed to do business this way?
