I purchased a ring the second time I work it the stone fell out. I called to return the ring and finally after arguing no return she said she would mail me a check and to keep the ring. When I did not get the check I called and she said she changed her mind. I feel they sold me bad mernchandise and I do not feel this is good business. I want to warn everyone they need to be careful when purchasing anything from this company.
