Were made an offer to buy our holiday package by Rosie Holmes with very convincing paper work from (supposedly Intertravel) including contract, a payment deposit of 2760 euros was requested as a contractual deposit which we were told would be repaid unless we did not follow through with the offer. We were then told that the contract had been finalised and the funds due to us had been deposited in a Spanish Bank but as the money was for more than we originally purchased our package from Voyager for we were told that it had been frozen until we paid tax on the difference. Still all looked legal a very convincing factura form sent to us and Sra Garcia said that she could get a lawyer to obtain a tax number for us and then we would have our funds released which she said would take a maximum of two weeks and that we would also be able to reclaim half of the tax back in January (amount of tax 2262 euros). After very regular emails and phone calls from them reassuring us all was going through albeit slowly we were suddenly left with no communication from them both and then the phone numbers were no longer available.
