Not treated professionally

On September 17, I was not treated Professionally by the Post office Clerk. This was a Package that was delivered to me on Friday 14. I was not home when the delivery came. They Left me a notice that they will return, the notice stated that they were sorry that they missed me. They also said that I could pick it up after September 15, but when I called to check for my Package. The clerk that Attempted to help me, was very relax and very Condescending. I had to give my information about the Package several times. AS if she did not understand what, I was saying. She did not know where my Package was, or what truck it's on. I felt very disrespected as she hung up the phone with no regrets. She said I had to wait the next day. She did not take any further action.
