We where flying out of Philly on Sept. 1 to Seattle, Wa. My son with Down Syndrome took his wallet from his backpack and put it in his suitcase yet I did not know it at the time. While on the plane I asked if he had his wallet in his backpack safe with him. He told me he removed it and put it in the outside pocket of his luggage. Once our luggage came through in Washington I checked right away. No wallet and I could tell his belongings where gone through in his suitcase. He had a picture ID of himself in it from high school and you can clearly tell he has down sundrome. I just want them to know they they have thefts within their company and I hope they feel guility for the rest of their lives for stealing from a person with special needs. Could not find a spot on their website to complain. Thank you, Nannette Lake, New Milford, Pa.
