I ordered and paid for the trial pack via the internet, and due to a family bereavement (my mum) i was taken quite ill and was hospitalised, having not taken any of the trial tablets and being unable to do so because of my mental state. On return from hospital a card had been posted at my home address saying a package was waiting for me to collect from the post office. On receipt of this I found a further supply of tablets and a receipt saying my bank account had been debited with the amount of £54.90. I rang Tropicleanse on the 06.09.12 spoke to a guy called John explained the circumstances strongly stating that i had not authorised Tropicleanse to debit my account and had not requested a further order. I explained this was against the law, stating it was a fraudulant trasaction by them he said he was not authorsed to give a refund and i had to send a leeter of complaint to the company. I am utterly disgusted with this firm and fully intend to take the matter further.
