Horrible Managers

So i went to McDonalds (1402 W. Walnut St Garland Tx 75042) and heard the store manager threathing, telling her employees that if she wanted she would put the IMMIGRATION on them any day.
So i then ask one of the employees working there if she has done something like this before and she said yes.
She then started telling me that there was also a manager named (Fernando) writing notes and posting them on the office door saying the following: if they wanted to go to the restroom they would have to go before and after they get off work! They would not be allow to go to the restroom during their whole 8 hours of work! What kind of stuff is that? Ugh I am so mad and feel useless not being able to help them out
