Advertised terramycin opthalmic ointment made by Pfizer in the USA.instead, I received 2 tubes of ointment with boxes and package insert written in Turkish. A letter was enclosed with the boxes saying that this was actually Terramycin made buy Pfizer in Istanbul, Turkey and went on to describe what the ingredients were, etc. Found out last night that this company has been selling medications from foreign countries for the last couple of years. They advertise USA medications and then substitute medicines from other countries such as Australia and Turkey. Substitutions are made without notifying the customer in any way.
