Purchased a car from Westbury Nissan used car division.insurance was provided and vehicle covered. Westbury Nissan did not file registration legally within 45 days. Substituted a hand written registration on August 15th and repetitively told me that the "paperwork is in process". Due to their negligence, my car is under suspension (paperwork was never submitted to NYS DMV and the plates were never transferred by the dealership correctly) cannot use the vehicle which I am paying $412.00 a month. It has been sitting in my driveway for over a week. The personnel has not returned my calls or answered any questions. It is now necessary for me to file a 2 page complaint form VS35 for NYS and try to sort this out at a local DMV office next week.
