Hi, my name is Jose Cota, we filed our taxes with H&R block.in the year 2007 we never received our taxes at all to this day. I was told by the IRS that our taxes was sent to the US Department of Education. Our refund was sent there. We filed a tracer and never heard from the IRS until now. I have in my hands that the IRS fraud us. It states that we cash this check and we nver received it.By it has my husband john cocok. On the back of the check. I havein my care that this check was sent to US. Department of Edcation. And the US Department confirm that. What should we do. We want to go public.
