Purchased two deals one for e-cigarette kit ($29) and one for extra filters ($10) which were to be mailed within 2-3 weeks. Tried to contact kijiji middle of Aug to ask where my order was and was referred to kijiji daily deals
Sent request for info and received automated response that my issue was being investigated. Sent another email two weeks later and got another auto response with same answer. Still have not received product and no answer from kijiji daily deals. Just sent them another email to inform them that if I have not got some answer from them by Monday AM, I will be contacting the online fraud division of the Ont. Prov. Police to request and investigation, and Visa to request help, and will be telling my story to anyone who will listen on Facebook and Youtube, and any place I can think of. Perhaps they need more negative attention. Phaser703
