A 30.00 check was taken out of my account which overdrew my account and the bank charged me 38.00 I have called for two days now trying to resolve this issue and keep getting different answers First, they said when I get my loan they will credit the 30.00 back. I didnt even apply for this loan. Now they wont let me talk to a supervisor none available. Now they say I cant get my 30.00 back. What a joke. Cant even understand the people I speak with they sound like they are from India
