Miscellaneous

On 13july I signed up for Drama Fever which is an Asian TV/Movie site for a monthly payment of $9.99. I got one week free. After that first week I checked my checking account, and it was charged $99.99 on 20 July.

There were no contact numbers, so I sent them 3 emails, 23,24, 25th of July. Never got a response. So I email them and told them that I wanted to cancel my order if I could not have the monthly plan. They email me back, and stated. "I'm sorry you are leaving us, by your plan will still be good until 13 July.in other words they were going to keep the money.

I called my bank, and they gave me a number to call. I called the number and was asked to state my name. I gave them my name and I got a recording. Saying, I'm sorry we can't answer your call, leave a message and we will return your call shortly. Ya right, just like you return my emails. I can't reach them by email or by phone. I think it's nothing but a scam to get you to sign up for $9.99mo, and change your plan to $99.99yr.

After 22yrs in the military, conbat vet, and lived in 14 countries. I think I know the different between monthly and yearly. They want answer me. I love the site, but I don't like a scam.
