In March I received a phone call from the above Company. The caler did a fast sales bit for an ad in the said yellow pages. She ask alot of questions, most of which were yes-no answers. I had no intention of purcasing the ad. Later, 5months, Ireceived a bill for 676.80. The biil included a notation that I was 140 days delinquent in payment of this bill. I called to clarification on this matter. The lady, not so politely said that she had a tape with my voice verifying. I did not hear verification of my agreeing to accept the agreement. TheySsaid that they had had sent invices on a regular basis. Had not received any invoices prior to the one in August which stated.
However with her threats to ruin my credit and that of the schools. I foolishl ypaid the bill because I felt bullied and threatened intimadated. This week I recived notice form my superintendentthat this was a proven scam. I am sking for a reimbursement of the payment of $676.80
