To Mrs. Myra and Mrs. Gladys
During the convention in Quebec in I have placed an order with Mrs. Myra for eyeglasses and loops. Mrs. Myra was the representative who took the necessary measures. Unfortunately, those measures were incomplete and incorrect too.
After receiving the eyeglasses, I was not able to work with it, so I send it back after I was informed that my account will be credited. Your company received the eyeglasses in august 9th. Miss Gladys informed me that there’ll be a charge of 400$ and there will be a credit of only 1390$ instead of 1798.22 $. She justifies this charge, because of the prescription. First, you have charged me 195 $ for the prescription and this is according to the invoice. Second, I have sent you my own prescription made my optometrist. Miss. Gladys said that the credit will take 25 working days! I did not get any reason for this delay in reimbursement. However, I did not get any credit until this day.
Beside, the amount written in the invoice is 1736,14 $, and you have charged in my credit card 1798.22 $. According to the consumer’s protection office, this is considered as a fraud.
For these reasons, I asked you for a full reimbursement, otherwise I will be obliged to take the legal measures.
