Don"t buy from these thieves! I ordered the Sopranos box set; two discs bad, promised replacement, then no other communication despite many attempts from me. I was assured the boxset was not bootleg ("it's authorized") but it obviously is an illegal copy. One disc does not work another has a duplicate and incorrect episode under another title. Okay I was naive on the bootleg part but what a scam. Telltale signs are no customer service number and lots of online complaints (at the time I ordered I looked too quickly at the list of complaints). These scammers know to delay until after the credit card dispute eligibility time period. Why won't the copyrights holders and the RCMP shut these dogs down? We'll see. I did laugh at their stupid, stupid, stupid e-mails on the couple of occasions they did respond. I am only out a few bucks on the only time in my life I've been scammed, but I am glad I don't have to live my life like these thieves.
