I have been playing online bingo with this company for a few years, and have deposited and with drawn money without any hitches. However two payments, 1 for £40 and one for £70 that should have reached my account on 15th and 16th August have never been received.
I have contacted Costa on 17 different occasions, they keep promising that someone will ring me back, but this has never happened the only contact regarding this i can receive is via an e mail. I have sent them statements signed by my Halifax bank manager that clearly show these payments have never reached my account, but they now want a letter from the bank manager. Halifax are not prepared to do this, as they say it is up to Costa to trace the money. I really feel like i am chasing my tail, can anyone please help.
