The Salesman from Miramar Residences Costa Rica introduced us to PRS (David Crawford), on the phone, which agreed to sell one of our timeshare within 300 days for the amount of $72,900.00 (US). This was supposed to help us to pay our Miramar Residences Costa Rica new purchase.

The salesman from Miramar Residences Costa Rica also told us that PRS would rent our 5 weeks for the next 10 years for the amount of $12,500.00 per year, which was also confirmed on the phone with David Crawford.

The paper were signed at Miramar Residences Costa Rica. So I am also putting a complain against Miramar Residences Costa Rica because they were also involved.

I have been trying lately to contact PRS by phone and email, no answer.

Miramar Residences Costa Rica told me that they nothing to do with PRS, and they had no knowledge of that company.
