I purchased a dress for my daughters wedding. The dress was delivered within the timeframe specified but is the worst quality imaginable. The zipper is broken, missed seams and frayed edges. The dress does not match the color I purchased but with everything else that is the least of my problems. The dress came in a plastic bag inside a manilla envelope. I have seen better made projects from High School Home Economics classes. I have sent the pictures and video as requested which is stupid to begin with since it does not state on their website that sales are final. My emails are not being returned. I am currently trying to work with paypal to see if they can help. I would recommend not doing business with this company. They are not a legitimate business. I will continue to send emails until they get tired of hearing from me.
