They are trying to get out of giving me my refund. The dress was way too short and could not zip it up. I sent them the pictures showing them this and they still say they need different pictures showing it does not fit. I don't know what else I can do to show them it doesn't. I have witnesses who were with me when I tried it on and know it did not fit. It's funny I ordered the same size dress someplace else after that and it fit fine. They can't get away with this crap! I am a single mom and needed that dress for my daughters wedding and at the last minute had to find one and now I have had to pay for two dresses.
