After getting me to pay for 5yrs in I rece ived a red alert 3days ago (09/10) that I had to pay an additional $9.99 yearly to be able to use my ported number and that my account was under review therefore I could neither use the service nor take my number to another company. There is something wrong and illegal in ceasing my number which I had owned for over 10 years (theft), deny me service which I paid for (fraud), all without any notice or warning.
