I recieved a phone call from someone foreign claming he was from a law office in New York. He told me I was being sued for 5000 dollars for a loan that I did not have with them. He made some threats to me about going to jail and loosing my job. I was very upset about this and felt that he acted very inappropriately, especially because I had never had a loan with them in the first place. His behavior was inappropriate and un called for. This is not the way bill collectors should act.
