David winter, or samantha fake, phoney, harrasing, threatening

I recieved a very threatening phone call on my voice mail from samantha, she left me a message to call her back asap, or have my legal rep call her, if I didn't return her call, then she wished me luck, and stated dire circumstances would befall me. (she was hindu and not easy to understand)
I called her back, but no one answered the phone.

The next morning, early, I recieved a cal from a david winter, also on voice mail, telling me to call him back right away, he was hindu or east indian too.

When I called him back, he told me that I was being sued, Ii asked by whom, I had not recieved anything from anyone about being sued. He told me that Quick Cash was suing me because I took out a loan for $300.00 that I refused to pay back. I told him that I never took out a loan from any payday loan places, and I could prove it, as I work at the same place I bank with, He told me that was my story, but I was being sued by them, I could settel for $475.00 right now. I told him that I would not pay for something that I did not receive, I did not do.

David then threatened me with ruining my credit and I would have to pay thousands of dollars because of this. He then told me he would let the attorney know that I refused the settelment and I would be served Friday. I told him I would let my attorney know, when I said this he hung up.
Funny how he would not give me a phone number for Quick Cash ans would not tell me what Law firm he was calling from.
So we did reverse look up on the phone number, just lists it as a landline in New Jersey with no company name or any other identifing information. One of my co workers called them, blocking our phone number and all he could get out of the person who answered was that he was part of the Clifton Group, when asked for his name, he hung up.
These people need to be stopped! I called the 3 credit agency's and reported this, and will keep a close watch on my account. They did have all my information, But I do legal matters everyday where I work, so they might be getting a notice of intent themselves.
I also contacted Quick Cash and reported to them what was going on, with the information that they could be sued for filing false information, defamation of character, and any thing else I can come up with.
