I agreed to pay for trisl pack several months ago but never received same. Today i received an email advising £87 was deductrf from my credit card card acccount. I contacted my bank and they advised me to contact company directly which i didi by phone and email. I was told i would receive full refund then tonight i was emailed that the pack was sent.
I have told my bank about the issue and they have blocked any further deductions. They have asked me to get back 5-7 days if i got a refund. I will not let this go and if necessary media should be advised such as watchdog in the uk
