Signed up to the Beri Supreme Trial over a month ago, after seeing the coverage on Channel4. Agreed to pay the postage and shipping costs only for the 21 day trial. 28 days have passed, I have never recieved my trial products and have today being charged £87.0 for a reucurring payment on my account.

I have called them up on 3 occassions and each time beem told something different, from having to wait for a refund to offering me half price products.

I did not even know I was being charged until I came across an email in my spam folder! I have requested a full refund on both postage for the trial, as I never recieved the order, and the monies they have taken this week. But again was told to wait 30 days for this. I am so angry right now, that businesses are allowed to behave in this way.

They do answer the phone, and appear to be helpful, but from what I am reading this is a total con. They could not even track my order as this was not an option for them once the order had left the US, this is alone is unbelievable and contradicts the postage charges I initially paid for.
