My blackberry does not work at all, cant receive texts, cant phone out, cant get bbm, my monthly package is 15.32p a month. I am sending the phone back in its original packaging, with a letter ok. I want another phone sent to me please, i dont want another blackberry mobile, they are rubbish. I am going to write to sir richard branson regarding this matter, as he owns virgin ok.
