Merchandise sent and money removed from my checking account without my permission. I returned merchandise and called to confirm that it was received. I was told that it was received and that my money was refunded back into my checking account. That was about 3 days ago. The refund still is not in my account. Also the amount of refund stated was less than what they took from my account.
