Misleading information

Ordered through harriet carter, received flyer with harriet carter order from holsted jewelers to receive 2 free rings, paying shipping only. Two weeks after i had paid the shipping and received the rings, over $100 showing pending in my bank account. Called customer service, and they informed me of details to keep receiving jewelry every 4-6 weeks with charges. I explained that i had not been told this when i called to receive my 2 free rings. Representative kept arguing that they are required to explain this or cannot process order. Very misleading company, had they explained the details, i would never have agreed to that and keep having money taken from my checking account!
