Hi about 2 half months ago maybe even longer i ordered clothing online from boohoo clothing 1mth had past and i hadnt recieved any items but they had taken my money so i sent them an email they replied it had ben sent to me, i sent an email back informing them i hadnt recieved it then they replied it will take a further month to find the courier and where he delivered it after numerouse more emails time is passing and i am so concerned that some random person has my items and all my personal information, they seem to not be concerned about this where as i work hard for my money and being a single mom every bit counts. This to me is very hard to understand that they can process my money in 5mins and then for me to get it back it takes months this is wrong can you help please. The items cost 44.00 i know to you thats not much but to me its alot.
