My account was over drawn 65.43. My bank charge me 39.00 for over drawn fees, and When i called on 9.11, I received notice that my account was over drawn. I did not give them permission to with drawn any money from my account. I call my Bank SunTrust, and told them about the charges, they are investigating it, I had to fill out a fraud form. I also have the phone number that the bank have on file, it is 877-737-7097, when I dial that number it give me a recording saying to enter my pin number, i do not know any pin number, no live person answers it just cut off when i could not give a pin number.
