Sent a pioneer ct-9r vintage hi end cassette deck in part exchange for a kenwood kd990 turntable agreed 350 euro payment from me plus pioneer ct -9r in part exchange.
Sent pioneer to berlin from wales arrived 22 nd july. Mr kruger replied after a week when i asked if all was ok.
Yes cassette deck was perfect and to make payment of 350 euro, i gave him my card details and contacted credit card firm to allow transaction.
No payment taken and i was unable to contact him for approx 1 month?
I have left dozens of voicemail/emails with no reply and finally gave a deadline of last friday to respond as he was in breach of contract and to return my cassette deck to my home address.
No reply after many more emails / voice mails.
I then asked to confirm that i would arrange courier to collect my pioneer with no cost to him.
Still no reply, totally frustrated and i have never dealt with any dealer as bad as this in my life, causing considerable stress and cost and time to me.
How can you resolve a problem when the retailer wont reply?
Please help me if possible
