It seems this company generated third party charges on our company phone bills. I also found another company Nationwide Ld Svc - on another one of our bills. The interesting part is they both list the same website

Conxtr has been charging our company since 2009 and was opened by someone that no one here knows. They supplied me with the name and birth date of the person who signed us up.
Www.billview.com looks like some kind of billing clearing house.
Anyone else heard of this company/service?
