On 8-20-12 I returned items back to nomorerack and I provided them with tracking and order #'s to make the process quicker. I have not been issued any credit refund to this day. When I call the toll free number no one answers. I e-mailed numerous times and these people just don't know what they're doing. I have never experienced anything like this before. I called the corporate office today 9-10-12 and left a message/complaint. No one has called back.
