I'm SO GLAD that I stumbled onto this website! I read just about every comment on the Financial Gaming Services. I just want to update everyone who knows about the scam & to inform other "newbies", like myself. It is now called International Settlement Services. The clearing commissioner's name is Mary Adams & the # provided is 1-514-549-7513."Dear — , we are pleased to inform you through this letter that our network system shows you as beneficiary of an unclaimed settlement for the amount of $80,000. Our system indicates that you were chosen on August 23." I received this letter 09/08/10, which of course was Saturday, so I've been waiting ALL weekend to contact them! I was going to call them today & cash in the $1247.85 check, but I wanted to make sure this wasn't a scam & it is, according to the previous complaints on FGS. This deliciously deceiving check seemed to have "the whole package" until I saw, a website? This check had been made at www.compuchecks.com! Thank you to everyone who wrote about the Financial Gaming Services & if anyone received a letter from this newly-renamed company, please report it!
