Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing 300.00 to be exact

I saw an advertising about offering a credit card in Telemundo, They said that if you have bad or no credit you can apply and start a credit history. I call a number on TV and then, they took my phone number and called back to give me all the info, which was to pay $300.00 for starting the process. It was a COD then they took my money and I never heard about them again. One time I called them but they said me that I need to go to the internet and order something. I never did it because always was an error on internet. Today I went to the site and it does not exists and their telephone is not a working number anymore. It is sad that exists people like them because we are not rich people, In my particular case I sacrificied my children economically to pay $300.00 because I want to start my credit history and the most important they were playing with us. I just hope that somebody stop them and punish them with jail. Well that's all.
