I have written to Lumo about what is actually ment by the expressions anytime usage steps 1,2, 3 and 4. Only to be told that each is priced at different levels. Well thanks for nothing. That info is clearly stated on the reverse of my power bill. But they seem reluctant to tell me what times during the day / night does each relate. Also what is meant by the term " off peak " This clearly refers to a specific time of day / night. But what are those hours being mentioned? There was an article in last weeks Tiser about Time of use pricing. I, c like to know a little more so that I can save a little money. But getting anywhere with Lumo is an exercise in futility.
