Phone Line Opened in My Name at Wrong Address, Billed in Error

The phone company hooked a phone line up in my name Penny [removed] at the wrong address and sent me a bill for it the # is (Personal Info Removed) at (Personal Info Removed). My address is (Personal Info Removed) my home # is (Personal Info Removed) I have called about this and was told it was there mistake and I would like for the phone company to take care of it because it was not my fault and there is a bill in my name that should not be. I pay my bills but I don't think it's right for me to have to pay a bill that I did not make. Will you please take care of this for me. Thank You Penny [removed]
