I responded to a 'free trial' advertsement where I was to be charged $3.95 shipping fees ONLY. My account was charged $89.95 and after several attempts to contact this 'company' (when Googled, nothing shows... Dead giveaway), I finally spoke with some outsource person and was told there are no refunds. This was a free trial... WHAT PART OF FREE DO THEY NOT UNDERSTAND?

I have vented, and am an unemployed person and cannot afford to spend 90 bucks on face cream. Argh!
