I signed a contract with Apollo Information Systems Pty Ltd on the 11/8 and paid them $1000 for them to "manage my account" by placing bets on various horse reces.
The contract had a Guarantee to "generate $10,000 in 6 months or receive a full refund of $1 100"

After 6 months (11/2) I contacted Apollo, who told me that they would investigate the situation and get back to me.

After aproximatelly 60 phone messages left over a few months I spoke to a "representative" who informed me that on the 10/8 a directors meeting was to take place to discuss the refund due.

I have called and emailed everyday since, the phone and emails are unanswered.

Now the phone is always off the hook.
