I was snookered into buying hair on their recommendation. It was supposed to be human hair and tangle free. It matted almost immediately like a bird's nest and fell out. They will not answer the phone;they do not answer written communication. They do not respond to the Better Business Bureau. The hair manufacturer, Sensual, will not rectify the situation either. BEWARE of these two vendors. I have been a long time customer of Gary's, back to when he primarily sold fragrance. This is indicative of how valuable integrity and consumer relationships are to this company.
