I ordered the free trial of the e-cigarettes and paid 4.95 for s/h. On 8/13.
Today I checked my account and the company withdrew 117.35 on 8/27. I called them up and was told that this was the regular price which I had to pay after the trial period of 14 days and for a refill (that I never received) and a lifetime warranty. After I complained about their business methods and thretened them, they agreed to refund $ 80 within the next 10 days. I was denied my request to send the product back. So I still paid $ 40 and I am afraid to order a refill so that they can rip me off some more.
