I ordered on August 16th. They sent me a false tracking number. Said it got delivered. Never did. Emailed the customer service person and got a reply from "Nancy" @ "nancy1234@gmail.com". They said they would resend it, still havent gotten it. This is a fraudulent Chinese company and I've reported them to my bank and BBB.
